CoralMate-HR & Payroll is an advanced suite of multi-company, multi-location Payroll and HR modules spanning the needs of a payroll BPO for outsourced processing, in-house use of Mid to large size corporates. Product has the flexibility to meet dynamic changes in the Payroll processes to make it truly employer and employee friendly.

It works as a standalone software and can also integrate with other third solutions. It is fully integrated with CoralMate-Manufacturing, CoralMate-Travel and CoralMate-TMS products.

CoralMate HR package takes care of all the HR functions starting from recruitment & the Joining of the employee till his full and final settlement is cleared from the company. It checks for budgeted slots, budgeted HR expenses, steers the organization in identifying employee specific training & also conducts 360 degree appraisals. It is an all encompassing module to manage monitor & control the human resource in an organization.

When the employee joins the company his letter of Intent is created by the package if manpower power budget is available and a new employee is entered in the HR system. If budget is not available under a specific Dept then the letter of intent generation will go trough the approval chain. System also has a complete recruitment module that starts with request for requirement by various departments and leads into employee selection process.

HR Package keeps track of all the training programmes undertaken by an employee. It keeps track of training scores & performance in comparison to other course mates. It also helps us to organize trainings such as scheduling and selecting employee for training depending upon needs analysis or any other need identification criteria described by organization.

Systematic appraisal process, based on monthly performance against “key result areas” is carried out throughout the company. Employees can self appraises themselves in the appraisal system followed by an approval process. Then the increment cycle is carried out depending upon the company policy and the increment percentage for a particular year. Package can suggest the increment amount for each employee depending upon his score and the company’s policy on average increment.

Payroll module is the heart of HR solution from where automatic salary on the basis of attendance and performance is calculated and the bank payment letters generated. All the statutory deductions like TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax etcare calculated. System prepares the Statutory Challans required by the Government Departments.

At the time of Full and Final Settlements in-skin “liability management module” captures all the dues of the resigned employee. Stagewise tracking mechanism is available.

Employee Self Service Module

‘Self Service module” provides user friendly web based access to reports like salary slips, salary arrear report, Employee information report & Income tax computation report to all active employees of the company. It not only provides the employee, access to specific information but can also facilitate declaration of investments for savings on the income tax. They can submit proof, modify their personal information after due approval by HR department.
