Catch-22 Situation!

Most entrepreneurs will not like to be just VARs or Implementers where customers truly belong to the vendor and not to them. Also being a VAR does not give them full control over serving their customers' needs as well as product offerings. And hence, no long term locking-in of the customers and assured recurring revenue stream.

Most entrepreneurs would rather desire to build their own brand name, own customer base and establish a secured recurring revenue stream for them. But this is only possible if they have their own Development Center and their own products. But that is not possible because of the constraints that are highlighted above.
